    It's free. You get a six-digit Landlord ID that belongs to you alone.

    Find your brokerage

    Search the brokerages on Sky High Realty NYC by name and send one a hire request, or give your Landlord ID to your brokerage so it can ask to work for you.

    Follow everything

    Once you and the brokerage agree, the showings, applications, leases and repairs on the properties you give it appear in your portal.

Your Landlord ID is how a brokerage on Sky High Realty NYC finds you. Give it to the brokerage you want to work with and it can ask to work for you. Nothing starts until you agree.

What landlords ask

Does a landlord account cost anything?
No. Creating a landlord account and using the landlord portal are free.
What is a Landlord ID?
A six-digit number that belongs to your account. A brokerage on Sky High Realty NYC uses it to ask to work for you, and you accept or decline. You can get a new one at any time from your profile.
Does a brokerage see all of my properties?
No. A brokerage works on the properties you give it in the hire, and you can take a property back whenever you want.
How do I sign a lease?
When a lease is ready for your signature it waits at the top of your Leases page, with the same signing link we send you by e-mail.
My brokerage is not on Sky High Realty NYC yet.
Your brokerage can create its account and then find you by your Landlord ID. Or tell us about your property and we'll get in touch.
