1257 Jefferson Avenue #YARD

Backyard will be split into two halves. They will have the portion of the turf. Or maybe it can be left as-is and shared with the downstairs neighbor. The downstairs neighbor is SUPER chill. Incredible top notch renovation. Was built to sell! Look under the stairs for extra closet space/ Tons of small details all throughout. Tons of closet space, huge living room, INSANE kitchen, large bedrooms. private laundry room. Sell the marble.
